blonde or blond?

When describing the colour of somebody's hair, blond is normally used of a person of either sex: Jane has blond hair. When used as a noun to describe somebody directly, blonde is more common, both for a man or boy and a woman or girl: He is blonde.Jane is blonde/is a blonde.
