Normandy

The Normandy region in north-west France was held alternately by English and French forces throughout the Middle Ages until the French secured it in 1450. Many of Normandy’s cities reflect the historical influence of the two cultures. This residential boulevard also exemplifies France’s tradition of beautiful architecture.
